Candace Love

Candace Love is a people-centered professional, strategic advisor, and community advocate who is passionate about helping individuals and entrepreneurs discover clarity, confidence, and possibility. She serves as a business counselor with the Akron Urban League’s Minority Business Assistance Center (MBAC), where she partners with entrepreneurs and small business owners to strategize, grow, and build sustainable businesses through coaching, planning, and access to resources.

With a background in human resources, workforce development, and people operations, Candace brings a practical, real-world approach to strategy—helping people align their skills, goals, and values with intentional action. Whether she’s supporting a business owner or guiding young people through life and career decisions, her work is grounded in effective communication, emotional intelligence, and kindness on purpose.

Known as a self-proclaimed People Enthusiast, Candace believes that understanding who you are is the foundation for knowing where you’re going. She equips others with tools to plan boldly, advocate for themselves, and move forward with confidence—both personally and professionally.
